Leads global new product introduction activities for optical networking hardware and software, including customer onboarding, demonstrations, lab certifications, test planning, troubleshooting, escalations, and early field trials. Serves as the liaison between customers, support, engineering, testing, and product teams from first customer shipment through general availability. Uses customer feedback to improve serviceability, product quality, adoption, and overall customer experience.

Develops Nokia’s 3GPP standard-essential patent portfolio for 6G cellular communications. Manage optical networking products and services for North American customers. Align product roadmaps with network evolution, gather and prioritize feature requests, develop innovative solutions, support pricing and profitability, analyze market and competitor trends, and collaborate with sales and account teams. Present product strategies and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders while building strong customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Validate and characterize high-speed analog and mixed-signal IPs, test chips, and ASIC products. Develop automated lab scripts and 24/7 testing flows, configure devices, operate measurement equipment, analyze results, debug hardware, review PCB and package designs, document test procedures, support reliability and ATE testing, and collaborate with design and system teams.

Leads cloud security architecture and implementation, focusing on data privacy, GDPR compliance, Kubernetes security, mTLS, RBAC, zero-trust networking, audit logging, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments. Collaborates across teams, mentors junior engineers, documents security practices, monitors industry trends, and drives resilient, compliant cloud infrastructure.

Develops electrical, optical, and thermal test plans, algorithms, hardware, software, and automated production test solutions for photonic integrated circuits. Responsibilities include device characterization, instrument control, motion and vision systems, test station qualification, Gage R&R, SPC, documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project coordination.

Leads strategic growth and M&A initiatives from investment thesis development through diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning. Performs complex financial modeling, market and competitor analysis, portfolio reviews, and executive-level recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, prepares Board and Executive Committee materials, and develops AI-enabled tools, automation, workflows, and data pipelines to improve corporate development productivity. Mentors junior team members and supports partnerships, divestitures, and investment reviews.

Responsible for physical design implementation of Optical Network ASICs, focusing on power, performance, area metrics, and developing methodologies and automation scripts.
