Lead definition, design, and integration of emissions hardware, controls, and packaging for the 6.7L diesel engine to achieve 31MY Bin75 compliance. Coordinate cross-functional trade-offs, drive GTDS milestones, develop systems engineering artifacts (Boundary/P-Diagrams, DFMEA), and cascade requirements across vehicle life.

Supervise Vehicle Hardware Engineering business operations by managing budgets, forecasting, workforce planning, compliance (ISO/audits), KPI tracking, dashboards, communications, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency and governance.

Lead hypoid gear and differential assembly design and release for current and future axle programs. Support plant launches, run analytical and physical testing, manage supplier delivery, create FMA/DVP/SCCAF documentation, drive failure analysis and TVM actions, and coordinate cross-functional teams through program milestones and production implementation.

Supervise and lead a team of seat engineers to design, release, and integrate seat components and assemblies for global programs. Manage program delivery, launches, cost/weight/quality targets, documentation, and financial status-to-target. Develop TVM and quality roadmaps, staffing and succession plans, and provide engineering support and supplier/plant readiness sign-offs. Occasional travel required.

Drive best-in-class interior and exterior perceived quality (PQ) for Ford and Lincoln by assessing and improving surface execution, fit and finish. Build and maintain PQ reference libraries, lead discovery and competitive assessments, document Areas of Concern/Excellence, collaborate with design, engineering, craftsmanship, manufacturing and digital modelers, and maintain photo and digital asset libraries to support program decisions and surface perfection.
