Provides technical leadership and operational support for Ford’s dynamometer lab technology environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting test-bed hardware and software, supporting high-availability systems, modernizing legacy .NET and VBScript applications with Java and cloud technologies, managing PostgreSQL data solutions, building CI/CD pipelines, and improving reliability, security, and incident response. The role manages cross-functional employees and partner organizations in a fast-paced racing environment, representing the program to leadership and driving performance toward race wins and championships.

Lead evaluation, structuring, and execution of strategic investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships. Collaborate with systems, hardware, software, and validation teams to deliver compliant products using ISO 26262. The role requires substantial functional safety, mass-production, automotive development, and model-based systems engineering experience.

Leads large-scale, cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple engineering and product teams. Responsibilities include defining priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, schedules, and resource plans; managing dependencies, risks, milestones, backlogs, and stakeholder alignment; applying software development practices; and communicating program health and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The role also coaches TPMs, improves processes, and connects technical delivery to customer outcomes.
