Lead a software engineering team to deliver FordPay payment capabilities (card authorization, capture, refunds) with PSP integrations (Stripe), cloud-native architecture, high availability, PCI-compliant security, AI-enabled development/QA/AIOps adoption, incident management, telemetry, Agile practices, and coaching/mentoring of engineers.
