Lead and manage the exterior design team to create vehicle exteriors from concept to production. Manage BOM and change control, perform CAD packaging sign-off (Teamcenter), run root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), apply robustness engineering (FMA, CPA, P-Diagram), support supplier sourcing and validation, and execute prototype and vehicle launches while ensuring cost, quality, performance, and timing targets.

Lead strategy, delivery, and integration of enterprise network and security platforms. Manage product roadmaps, drive Zero Trust and IAM integration, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee portfolio and program delivery, and ensure scalable, secure network services across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

Lead design and release of hot-end exhaust sensor assemblies for F150 and Superduty. Manage product development from concept through industrialization and mass production, using product development tools, supplier selection and contracting with a small team, and prototype testing at component, system, and vehicle levels in harsh/high-heat environments.

Lead architecture, development, and deployment of end‑of‑line manufacturing test systems for electronic and electromechanical products. Own test strategy, supplier engagements, installation/validation, data analysis to improve yield and OEE, and ensure compliance. Mentor junior engineers and support NPI, DFT, and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.
