Serve as the primary financial partner to Powertrain and Stamping manufacturing leadership, leading a large finance team, driving profitability and waste elimination, overseeing budgeting/forecasting and capital efficiency, and implementing digital analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to modernize finance operations across North American facilities.

Lead a global team of ~40 engineers to design, release, and integrate 6-cylinder propulsion systems. Own program delivery, ensure designs meet verification and regulatory requirements, drive production readiness (PPAP), manage cost and sourcing, and lead quality, durability, and field issue resolution using structured problem-solving methods.

Manage and modernize Jira workflows, forms, and governance; build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Power Query integrations; support users, enforce standards, and drive process improvements for program reporting and visibility.

Architect the scalable Powernet platform across vehicle programs and customer segments. Define power generation, storage, distribution, control, energy management, layered software and hardware architecture, requirements, HLDs, and interfaces. Lead ASIL and functional safety assessments, feasibility reviews, change governance, technical strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor engineers, establish architecture standards, and modernize systems engineering through AI-enabled tools, rapid prototyping, and RAG-based knowledge management.

Develop and maintain automotive functional safety artifacts, including HARA, safety concepts, and safety requirements. Perform DFMEA, FTA, and DFA analyses according to ISO 26262. Plan safety verification and validation, create and evaluate test cases, and collaborate with systems, hardware, software, and V&V teams to deliver comprehensive safety cases for next-generation vehicles.

Performs ISO 26262 functional safety analysis for software-enabled vehicle systems from concept through production. Develops safety analyses, ratings, concepts, requirements, and documentation; identifies hazards; supports safe system design; applies systems engineering, MBSE, and SysML practices; and collaborates with global cross-functional engineering teams to improve traceability, technical quality, and safety processes.
