Lead design and scaling of AI-enabled workflows and agents across product, PMO, and go-to-market functions. Prototype, pilot, and deploy AI automations, ensure governance and human-in-the-loop controls, create reusable playbooks, measure business impact, and drive adoption in a large matrixed enterprise.

Lead mechanical design of inverter parts from concept to high-volume production. Develop manufacturing processes, run DOEs and validations, design and execute lab tests and fixtures, plan and execute design verification test campaigns, optimize cost and robustness for automotive applications, work with vendors, perform RCA, and support manufacturing transition. Up to 20% travel.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated tests and system-level HIL test benches for automotive embedded software. Define requirements, author specifications, create V&V and regression test plans, execute Python-driven automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, debug integrations, and ensure feature validation across connectivity, multimedia, infotainment, and power domains.

Develop and maintain device-side embedded software for hardware testing in automotive products. Work with cross-functional and remote teams to implement time-critical, multithreaded C code, apply design thinking, and support product development for autonomy, electrification, and smart mobility.

Design, build, and productionalize batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP. Automate ETL/ingestion, curate data lake/warehouse assets, and develop reusable analytical data products. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and serve as a subject-matter expert in data engineering.

Develop and maintain electronic reliability and environmental test requirements for electronic modules. Review and approve test plans and results, investigate non-compliances, support suppliers and internal teams, and act as SME for environmental testing, solder processes, conformal/nano coatings, and reliability physics analysis.
