Design and verify in-vehicle high-speed network hardware (Layer 1-2). Lead SI simulations, lab validation, design reviews, component qualification, root-cause analysis, and cross-team technical guidance for automotive networking interfaces.

Design, develop, and release steering column switch components (SCCM) through cross-functional teams and suppliers. Lead DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D, create specifications/drawings, conduct technical reviews, support launches, and ensure cost, quality, and GPDS milestone compliance.

Lead driver information UX for instrument clusters: resolve design/validation issues, architect information systems and content, develop interaction and functional specifications, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, collaborate with feature owners, safety, and design studio. Support Center Stack UI Architects and contribute to cluster theme proposals.

Lead design, validation, and release of high-voltage battery monitoring hardware (BMS). Own sensing, balancing, isolation monitoring, protection, PCB deliverables, WCCA, hardware bring-up, test plans, safety compliance, supplier qualification, and production readiness while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead HR strategy and delivery for Ford Credit as a strategic HR Business Partner. Influence senior leadership, drive talent, culture and change programs, improve HR processes, deliver critical HR projects, and align workforce plans to business objectives globally.

Translate UX designs into deliverable HMI software plans, decompose designs for feasibility, create and track Jira epic/task hierarchies, align cross-functional teams to milestones, produce status reports and dashboards in Jira/Confluence, and ensure HMI development meets program strategy and regulatory-derived software requirements. Hybrid role with occasional domestic travel (up to 10%).
