Develop and debug RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) for digital blocks, contribute to design verification and register maps, support silicon bring-up and board-level validation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary hardware teams to deliver test and measurement products.

Lead investigations into customer complaints, warranty returns, and quality issues. Drive root-cause analysis and CAPA, maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS, run audits, develop quality metrics, and partner cross-functionally to reduce warranty costs and improve reliability.

Lead sourcing and supply-chain projects from initiation to production readiness, coordinating internal teams and suppliers, managing budgets and risks, executing RFPs and supplier evaluations, supporting supplier transitions and tooling, and driving continuous improvement and sustainable sourcing initiatives.

Lead enterprise LMS initiatives, integrations, releases, testing, and governance. Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance. Partner with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions, reporting, and user enablement while driving issue resolution and optimization.

Lead supplier performance improvement projects using value stream mapping, SIPOC and Lean techniques. Forecast consolidation, optimize lot sizes and stocking programs, eliminate non-value-add activities, coordinate with suppliers, materials management and SQE to resolve quality and delivery issues, and support lead-time reduction initiatives. Travel up to 25%.
