Support preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for US and some global operations. Analyze monthly business results, prepare reporting packages, perform pricing and profitability analyses, model scenarios for new business proposals, communicate with sales leadership, and assist on special projects to inform management decisions.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: greet visitors, answer calls, manage documents, enter repeat orders, maintain records and supplies, and assist internal departments to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Perform RF simulation, antenna integration, lab bring‑up, validation, and FCC/CE/UKCA certification. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and test teams, lead DFM/DFT and design reviews, and support NPI, field failure analysis, and manufacturing yield improvements.

Design and document manufacturable, cost-effective PCBs for RFID, IoT, and accessory products. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to develop footprints, generate fabrication files (Gerber), perform DRC, optimize layouts for high-speed, RF, and EMI performance, and support PCBA bring-up and troubleshooting.
