Design, implement, and optimize computer vision and deep learning pipelines for detection, tracking, and multi-sensor fusion in remote sensing/GEOINT environments. Develop GPU-accelerated models, integrate classical estimation (Kalman-family) with modern DL workflows, and support model training, evaluation, deployment, and containerized inference under senior guidance.

Design, develop, and operationalize enterprise-scale cloud architectures and migrations using public cloud platforms, scripting, and IaC in secure (classified) environments, advising on tools and standards and supporting defense-related missions.

Build scientific Python pipelines (NumPy, SciPy, OpenCV, Astropy), support orbital modeling (SGP4/TLE), preprocess imagery, maintain reproducible environments (GitLab, containers), and collaborate with astrodynamics, operations, and ML teams to deliver mission capabilities.

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML capabilities (NLP/LLMs, generative AI, computer vision) for mission systems. Work across data processing, model creation, MLOps, GPU-accelerated performance (CUDA/RAPIDS), microservice deployment, and streaming/NRT integration while collaborating with engineers, mission SMEs, and product teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

Perform whitebox adversarial testing and evaluation of DoD/Air Force systems against NIST 800-53 controls. Focus on low-level data flows and filtering (MAC/DAC), use Linux and scripting to automate tests, apply networking and virtualization knowledge, and follow test plans to identify and harden vulnerabilities. Requires clearance eligibility and Security+ attainment.

Use statistical methods, machine learning, NLP, and data-mining to analyze structured and unstructured data, develop predictive models and visualizations, lead solution development, and advise clients on data-driven decisions supporting mission outcomes.

Lead strategic IT programs and digital transformation initiatives: design, implement, and maintain multi-disciplinary projects, mentor teams, manage full lifecycle execution, advise leadership, and coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Design, develop, and operationalize enterprise-scale secure cloud architectures. Recommend cloud tools and migration strategies, implement IaC and scripting, and support secure cloud deployments for defense clients requiring security clearance.

Develop end-to-end software solutions as a full stack developer using ASP.NET stack, Oracle/SQL databases, and IIS. Collaborate in agile teams, design production-ready systems, solve complex problems, and support clients across architecture, development, and deployment. Must be able to obtain Secret clearance and hold a bachelor’s degree.
