Lead a team to design, deploy, and harden cloud and containerized platforms for Command & Control systems across enterprise datacenters, tactical edge, and cloud. Build/operate production Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD/GitOps pipelines, IaC, observability stacks, and secure/air-gapped DDIL deployments while ensuring mission reliability and compliance.
