Lead Cisco’s Americas Employee Relations team, overseeing complex workplace investigations, policy interpretation, disciplinary recommendations, workforce reductions, and employment-risk mitigation. Own employee experience, reporting, process improvement, and organizational enablement while mentoring staff and supporting consistent, timely, risk-aware decisions.

Analyze and maintain sensitive People Legal data across Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, eBilling, and case management systems. Produce operational reports, identify data trends and process bottlenecks, support regulatory filing accuracy, and recommend workflow improvements. Partner cross-functionally to manage data requests, improve data integrity, and develop AI-ready data architecture using automation and collaboration tools.

Leads a regional Federal Solutions Engineering team, translating technical sales strategies into market plans, identifying opportunities, supporting strategic deals, resolving executive-level customer issues, driving engagement events, and coaching engineers to achieve quota and performance goals.

Leads customer problem management by governing post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, known-error management, and continual improvement. Identifies recurring incidents and systemic risks through data analysis, builds executive reporting, improves governance and workflows, and drives cross-functional accountability across Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and Customer Experience.
