Own and set strategy for Developer Foundations: shared platform services (registry, hosting, SDKs, public APIs). Drive reliability, performance, SDK/API adoption, partner integration, and low-friction developer experience for internal teams and external partners, including AI coding agents.

Lead product vision and roadmaps for AI-powered collaboration experiences; manage and mentor product teams; translate AI research into intuitive user-facing features; align stakeholders and executives; drive metrics-driven product decisions and deliver enterprise-scale AI collaboration solutions.

Develop, build, and execute engineering tests for silicon photonics components and co-packaged optics. Perform failure analysis, diagnose issues, implement test and process improvements, automate assembly/test systems, support diagnostics lifecycle, apply data analytics/AI-ML for problem detection, and collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver and deploy photonic platforms globally.
