Lead strategy and operating model for Cloud Control 360, aligning product, GTM, partners, and customers across a 24-36 month plan. Own governance, scorecards, cross-product integration, adoption/playbooks, go-to-market motions, and a team of product and program leaders to drive activation, renewals, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead foundry engagement and process integration for silicon photonics and electronic ICs. Drive tape-out lifecycle, process engineering, validation/testing, yield optimization, DOE, and qualification from design through high-volume manufacturing.

Serve as a trusted pre-sales advisor for enterprise customers in Charlotte. Collaborate with account managers to design and present Cisco-based architectures, develop technical proposals, demo solutions, and drive customer-focused architectural strategy across data center, security, and routing/switching/wireless domains.

Provides technical leadership across ASIC DFT, product quality, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing. Directs JTAG, scan, and BIST implementation; oversees SoC transition to mass production; leads root-cause analysis, qualification, reliability, yield optimization, and power binning. Uses manufacturing data, SPC, and diagnostic tools to improve process windows and product performance while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages program risks, and reports manufacturing health and technical insights to executives.

Translate enterprise networking, AI, security, and fabric technologies into customer-focused solutions. Create technical content, deployment guides, demonstrations, and presentations; support sales teams; validate product features in labs; collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on roadmaps; and provide customer and market feedback to drive product adoption and strategic direction.

Pre-sales Solutions Engineer partnering with Account Executives to design, demo, and implement Cisco networking solutions (routing, switching, wireless, automation). Capture customer requirements, lead RFPs and PoCs, map technical solutions, maintain competitive knowledge, and influence product roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
