Design, develop, test, and qualify integrated silicon photonics devices (modulators, photodetectors, grating couplers) for optical transceivers. Create layouts and test structures, perform high-speed and reliability characterization, deliver device models to IC teams, and work with foundries to optimize process parameters for production readiness.

Lead and grow a Partner Technical Management team to drive deep technical integrations, API enablement, co-innovation, and joint solution development with strategic partners. Own technical onboarding, enablement, cross-functional alignment, performance metrics, and budget to maximize partner ecosystem impact for Cisco Security products.

Develop and execute technical strategy to grow Cisco Networking preference with technology developer partners. Consult on integrations, validate partner apps for the Cisco Marketplace, gather API feedback, deliver presentations and training, and drive cross-functional initiatives to increase demand and partner effectiveness. Requires deep pre-sales networking expertise and travel.

Integrate technical expertise and market insight to drive optical product strategy. Support sales and customers with demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical collateral. Validate product definitions, analyze competitive landscape, and translate customer needs into technical requirements to accelerate market adoption.
