Supports the Chief of Staff to Cisco’s Chief Product Officer through calendar management, executive communications, meeting and event coordination, international travel planning, expense management, confidential correspondence, and special projects. The role requires strong judgment, organization, communication, discretion, multitasking, and independent problem-solving while coordinating with senior leaders, communications teams, clients, and administrative staff.

Develops end-to-end sourcing strategies, negotiates cost and contract terms, manages partner performance, supports new business awards, and drives supply chain improvements. Collaborates with product, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply management teams to resolve complex challenges, optimize costs, support dual sourcing, manage specification changes, and align sourcing decisions with product and technology roadmaps.

Lead large-scale backend engineering projects for Cisco's AI app platform, define architecture and roadmap, solve complex technical challenges, ensure enterprise-grade reliability and scalability, drive AI integrations, mentor senior engineers, and influence cross-functional technical strategy.

Design, implement, and test C, C++, and P4 programs and backend compiler features for high-performance network devices. Build and optimize SDKs, simulators, and compilers, collaborate with ASIC engineers, solve resource-management challenges, and develop Python-based test frameworks and test cases to validate data-plane and SDK functionality.

Design and evolve distributed search and analytics systems for the Splunk platform. Lead complex engineering efforts from design through delivery, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with customers to resolve production issues.

Leads development of firmware, SDKs, simulators, compilers, and control-plane software for Cisco Silicon One networking platforms. Designs and tests C, C++, and P4 programs, optimizes P4 compiler backends and programmable pipelines, collaborates with ASIC engineers, develops Python test frameworks, resolves complex software issues, and mentors senior engineers while shaping technical strategy and organizational priorities.

Leads software quality engineering and solution testing initiatives. Designs and executes load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers; develops automation and test documentation; integrates performance suites into DevOps pipelines; diagnoses bottlenecks across Linux, networking, and AWS environments; and drives quality strategy, AI-assisted testing, release readiness, and global team collaboration.

Develop and execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, spike, and benchmark testing, for SaaS, on-premise, and AWS platforms. Create utilities and automated scripts using Python or Java, audit UI performance, monitor logs and application telemetry, identify bottlenecks, and validate scalability and reliability. Collaborate across teams to communicate technical findings and improve test execution through observability and AI-assisted approaches.

Leads optimization of Cisco’s public cloud marketplace route-to-market by translating business requirements into scalable technical execution. Partners with IT, Finance, business operations, and cloud providers to integrate indirect commerce models, improve platform delivery, and accelerate marketplace adoption. Develops business cases, performs market and technology assessments, and uses predictive analytics and AI/ML insights to support strategic recommendations and operational improvements.
