Develops regional hiring strategies, builds candidate pipelines, partners with business leaders, mentors recruitment associates, tracks hiring KPIs, manages Greenhouse and Workday ATS processes, and strengthens employer branding. Requires extensive full-cycle recruiting and multi-geography team leadership experience, LATAM market expertise, English and Spanish fluency, stakeholder management, and strong analytical and communication skills.
