Provide technical, customer-facing implementation and support for Watershed. Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, create reports and dashboards, consult on best practices, automate deployment workflows (CI/CD), troubleshoot issues, train clients, and occasionally contribute to core product updates to help clients act on learning data.

Lead discovery and execution of next-generation AI and content-intelligence products. Act as initial product manager for flagship AI offerings, drive market validation, define roadmaps and specs, align cross-functional teams and GTM strategy, and ensure product investments deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead and build Rustici's outbound sales channel for enterprise and mid-market, design GTM strategy and sales playbook, recruit and manage a high-performing sales team, oversee forecasting and pipeline metrics, integrate sales technology, and align cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.
