Responsibilities include technical direction, mentoring, .NET and Angular development, Azure operations, reliability and performance improvement, incident response, deployment coordination, security and compliance, code reviews, technical debt reduction, and stakeholder collaboration. The role remains hands-on while overseeing platform stability, auditability, observability, and continuous product improvement.
