Lead strategy and execution for FanDuel’s account management and profile experiences across Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, DFS, and other products. Own account journeys, self-service capabilities, compliance-sensitive experiences, metrics, experimentation, and product quality. Partner with marketing, ML engineering, and data teams to advance experimentation tools, automate analyses, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to inform promotional strategy.

Lead product analytics and experimentation to drive business decisions. Deliver timely, high-quality insights, mentor junior analysts, design and run complex A/B tests, build measurement solutions and visualizations, and partner with product and commercial teams to define success metrics and integrate AI into analytic workflows.

Serve as the Workday Payroll subject matter expert to configure, support, and optimize Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and HCM. Lead releases, integrations, testing, reporting, and production support across US, Canada, and UK payroll. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure compliance, automation, and data integrity while mentoring junior analysts.

Design, build, and operate a scalable, secure service connectivity platform across hybrid AWS and EKS. Lead Kong Gateway/Mesh rollout, define traffic, TLS and certificate automation, implement zero-trust patterns, build IaC and automation, run incident response, and mentor teams to raise connectivity and platform networking maturity.
