Acts as a subject matter expert and point of contact for risk and audit partners while influencing stakeholders and advising on process and data management.

Leads software engineering teams and a portfolio of technology projects focused on regulatory solutions and cloud-based customer experiences. Oversees developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems, mentors engineers, evaluates code, collaborates with product managers, and drives technology modernization. The role uses multiple programming languages, cloud services, databases, container orchestration, open-source frameworks, and automation technologies.

Owns QA operational dashboards, automated reporting, SQL and Databricks data jobs, GitHub code governance, data validation, UAT, and process improvements.
