Serve as the senior HR business partner for Relay’s go-to-market organization, advising Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development leaders. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, compensation, performance management, talent reviews, retention, employee relations, compliance, manager development, and change management. Use people data and business fluency to support revenue growth, improve talent density, and build scalable GTM people infrastructure in a high-growth technology company.

Supports Relay’s FP&A team with annual and long-range planning, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI tracking, reporting, variance analysis, and operating expense planning. Builds analyses and recommendations for executives, prepares board and investor materials, improves AI-enabled reporting and reconciliation processes, maintains dashboards, and supports monthly close activities.

Lead Relay’s talent acquisition strategy and a team of six to eight recruiters across GTM, Corporate, and Product/Engineering. Build scalable recruiting operations, analytics, interview standards, capacity models, and early-career programs. Personally manage high-priority requisitions, especially enterprise sales and revenue leadership roles, while partnering with Finance and executives on workforce planning, hiring timelines, compensation benchmarking, candidate experience, and recruiting performance.
