Perform traffic signal design, ADA services, signing and pavement marking, traffic control design, traffic impact studies, crash analysis, HOP reviews, engineering computations, reports, and mentor junior staff. Lead sustainment and lifecycle support for next-generation airborne sensing platforms. Develop preventative/predictive maintenance, perform hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and integrated systems, support flight operations and deployments, coordinate aircraft system integration, maintain service records and technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure reliability and mission readiness.

Lead and execute end-to-end ERP data migrations into Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) for acquisitions. Define migration strategy, design and run ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and cutover. Manage a blended team, ensure data quality and governance, and drive automation and continuous improvement across migration processes.
