Develops, tests, maintains, and deploys programs, scripts, database modules, and system enhancements in an investment-management environment. Responsibilities include incident management, root-cause analysis, code and design reviews, SDLC documentation, project estimation, Agile sprint participation, production support, and mentoring less-experienced developers. The role requires expertise with relational databases, programming languages, EAGLE Investment Systems, and enterprise development practices.

Provide on-demand development and operational support for a PeopleSoft HCM payroll solution. Design, code, test, and implement application modifications; troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data issues; support tax updates, payroll, benefits enrollment, W-2 processing, integrations, patching, and upgrades. The consultant will handle service tickets and change requests, maintain data integrity, create testing scenarios, advise users, document solutions, conduct knowledge transfer and training, and provide status reports.

Provides PeopleSoft procurement consulting expertise across procurement, accounts payable, retainage, construction contracts, purchase orders, and projects. Requires PeopleSoft version 9.2 experience and public sector industry experience. This is a remote position.
