Lead technical strategy and architecture for an AI Data Engine to accelerate ML dataset generation and data warehouse operations. Execute daily autonomous vehicle test operations across virtual, closed-course, and public roads; perform initial fault triage and preliminary log analysis; document and isolate minor software/hardware defects; update test cases, plans, and SOPs; assist senior engineers with validation strategies; and use Jira, Confluence, and GitLab to track issues and maintain test artifact traceability.

Monitor live autonomous vehicle fleet dashboards and telemetry, escalate non-nominal events, coordinate field support and first responder interactions, document incidents, manage dispatch and readiness workflows, and support continuous improvement of operational procedures.

Lead end-to-end release readiness and validation for commercial autonomous vehicle software across simulation, SIL/HIL, closed-course, and public roads. Define release gates in CI/CD, drive systemic RCA, design scalable test frameworks and automation, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with AV safety standards, and coordinate cross-functional deployment sign-off.

Build and optimize high-performance systems for large-scale ML training: profile and remove bottlenecks, optimize distributed training, develop GPU kernels (Triton/CUDA), and engineer high-throughput data pipelines to reduce time-to-convergence and improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
