Lead and scale Duolingo’s West Coast advertising sales business. Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, strategic advertiser and agency relationships, complex deal execution, pricing inputs, and team hiring and coaching. Build repeatable sales processes in a startup-like environment while partnering with Account Management, Ad Operations, Product, and leadership to grow innovative ad formats and protect the learner experience.

Design and operate enterprise platforms for identity, access management, SaaS integrations, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle automation. Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, internal tooling, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks. Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Platform teams on SaaS governance, license optimization, risk controls, reliability, incident response, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Design and operate internal enterprise platforms covering identity and access management, SaaS integrations, endpoint management, automation, and employee lifecycle workflows. Build infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD systems, define SLOs, monitor reliability, participate in incident response, and partner with Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Platform teams. Deliver scalable, auditable workflows and internal tools across systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.

Analyze global performance marketing campaigns, measure media-spend impact, develop data-driven user-growth strategies, define marketing KPIs, and transform complex data into actionable insights. The role partners with data science and marketing technology teams, shapes backend data design, and builds dashboards in tools such as Tableau. Candidates need strong SQL, marketing analytics, data visualization, communication, and analytical skills, with occasional statistical programming experience preferred.

Leads strategic, cross-functional technical programs for Duolingo English Test, translating regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into execution plans. Manages dependencies, risks, milestones, tradeoffs, stakeholder alignment, and launches across engineering, product, data science, legal, security, and external teams. Operates autonomously at Staff level, improves program processes, mentors others, and drives company-wide delivery efficiency.

Own product strategy and execution for Duolingo’s Growth Pillar, focusing on user retention, daily active users, engagement, and feature adoption. Lead the roadmap and full feature lifecycle from ideation through iteration, run experiments, analyze results, and translate insights into product strategy. Collaborate with engineering, data science, ML/AI, design, product writing, and leadership to create engaging experiences that build lasting language-learning habits.

Own product strategy and execution for Duolingo’s notifications team, driving roadmap development, experimentation, launches, and iteration. Improve notification opt-in, reach, conversion, engagement, and retention across push, email, and alternative channels. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, ML/AI, design, product writing, and leadership to develop personalized notification experiences and make data-informed product decisions.

Own growth product strategy and execution focused on improving user retention, DAUs, L7, and feature adoption. Lead roadmap development and features through ideation, prioritization, experimentation, launch, analysis, and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, data science, ML/AI, design, writing, and leadership teams to build engaging consumer mobile experiences and strengthen language-learning habits.

Own product strategy and execution for Duolingo’s notifications platform, including notification types, opt-in, reach, email, and alternative channels. Lead roadmap development, experimentation, launches, analytics, and iteration to improve engagement, conversion, click-through rate, and retention. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, ML/AI, design, product writing, and leadership to build personalized, effective notification experiences.

Leads Duolingo’s Growth and Monetization product organization, owning daily active users and revenue. Manages pillar leads and approximately 20 product managers, develops senior product leaders, sets product strategy and operating mechanisms, oversees experimentation and resource allocation, and partners with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to deliver sustainable growth and monetization results.
