The Local Marketing Specialist develops community partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing strategies for a House of Sport store. Responsibilities include managing sponsorship agreements and budgets, planning and executing events and activations, coordinating vendors and internal teams, supporting customer outreach, capturing event content, analyzing results, and managing community donations and grants. The role also represents the store on leadership teams and may speak with media. Weekend, holiday, and some travel availability are required.

Partner with engineering, analytics, payments, loss prevention, and vendors to define KPIs, build features (pre-authorization checks, device signals, chargeback automation), run experiments, manage backlog, and ensure operational resilience while balancing conversion and customer experience.

Provide high-level employment and corporate legal advice for Foot Locker at HQ; draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements; manage disputes and litigation; lead and oversee legal staff; manage outside counsel and budgets; build retail and finance knowledge to inform legal decisions and strategic priorities.

Drive new business and manage territory accounts for A.D. STARR; prospect and close sales, make ~100 calls per week, process end-to-end orders, collaborate with marketing, merchandising and operations, support website integration, and maintain Salesforce CRM and territory reporting.

Lead and grow a team of software engineers building custom and SaaS solutions for Vertical Brands. Partner with Product and Design to deliver roadmap initiatives, ensure technical excellence, manage delivery and resources, drive data-driven product improvements, and mentor engineers to build capabilities and high-performing culture.
