Provide advanced technical support for enterprise managed file transfer software, troubleshooting applications, operating systems, databases, networks, certificates, and cloud or container environments. Own customer cases from intake through resolution, lead customer communications, coordinate with sales and R&D, document activities in CRM, support product releases, manage service-level commitments, participate in after-hours on-call rotations, and provide proactive account support.

Own strategic customer relationships across Axway’s managed cloud and SaaS business, driving adoption, retention, expansion, upsells, and cross-sells. Develop customer success plans, monitor revenue and satisfaction KPIs, lead business reviews, document account activity, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and professional services teams. The role requires executive-level communication, strong organization, problem-solving, and experience managing complex technology customers.

Manage SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts while generating pipeline, exceeding sales quotas, and closing complex B2B software deals. Build relationships with customer stakeholders, lead value-based presentations, manage long sales cycles, and collaborate with Product, Presales, Services, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role focuses on enterprise integration solutions, including MFT, API, cloud, and data migration offerings, across healthcare, supply chain, banking, and public-sector verticals.

Leads global cloud operations and resilience for Axway’s SaaS and managed cloud platforms. Owns SLA performance, incident command, problem management, observability, AIOps, automation, and operational governance. Manages geographically distributed teams, oversees 24/7 support, engages strategic customers and executives during major incidents, and partners with security and cloud governance teams to improve reliability, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Owns and optimizes hybrid cloud and virtualization infrastructure across AWS, Azure, VMware, and related platforms. Leads infrastructure design, implementation, automation, monitoring, capacity planning, troubleshooting, governance, and documentation. Develops infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, collaborates with architecture and security teams, and mentors junior administrators. The role requires extensive systems administration and cloud experience across Linux and Windows environments.

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads, conduct discovery calls, schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, and achieve activity and conversion goals. The role uses sales engagement and prospecting tools to build targeted account lists, collaborates with marketing and product teams on messaging, reports pipeline metrics, and continuously improves outreach strategies.
