The Human Resources Manager partners with site and operations leadership to execute HR strategies, manage talent and employee relations, support organizational development and change, ensure employment compliance, and promote engagement and inclusion. The role also manages labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and dispute resolution; analyzes workforce metrics; coaches leaders; and contributes to ESG initiatives. This is an on-site position with occasional multi-site travel.

Develop and execute indirect procurement category strategies, analyze spend and markets, manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing and negotiations, mitigate risk, monitor performance, and integrate ESG goals. The role collaborates cross-functionally and with site procurement teams, mentors team members, and uses analytics and procurement software to drive savings, compliance, innovation, and supplier performance. This is a remote position with occasional travel.

Manages customer projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads project teams and meetings, manages expenses and billing, reviews packaging specifications, supports contracts and quotations, and oversees customer communications. Supervises and mentors Associate Project Managers, coordinates customer visits, supports continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies.

Provides engineering support for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, utilities, process equipment, capital projects, commissioning, qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Leads critical and plant utility projects from concept through closeout while ensuring compliance with cGMP, EH&S, FDA, and site quality systems. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, automation, maintenance, contractors, and other functional teams on equipment specifications, procurement, installation, FAT, SAT, startup, and lifecycle documentation.

Supports HR strategy and operations for an on-site manufacturing workforce. Responsibilities include talent management, employee and labor relations, compliance, organizational development, change management, engagement initiatives, HR metrics, workforce planning, ESG support, and advising site leadership. The role also assists with recruitment, employee development, internal mobility, performance improvement, and maintaining compliant workplace practices.

Directs enterprise AI engineering strategy, architecture, implementation, operationalization, governance, and continuous improvement. Leads generative AI, RAG, agentic workflow, MLOps, and LLMOps initiatives; oversees integrations, cybersecurity and regulatory controls, vendors, costs, metrics, and solution delivery. Builds the AI engineering capability through team development, mentoring, innovation, and technical standards in a regulated life sciences environment.

Develops profitable sales across the Midwest territory by acquiring new biopharma clients, expanding existing accounts, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and promoting PCI’s CDMO services. The role focuses on injectable and oral solid dose manufacturing, packaging, and labeling. Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining CRM data, attending sales events, coordinating proposals, cross-selling services, and collaborating with Quality, Operations, and global business development teams. Travel, overtime, and occasional weekend work may be required.

Develops and manages customer accounts across the APAC/China territory, achieves sales targets, maintains Salesforce activity records, builds relationships, and prepares sales plans and reports. The role participates in tradeshows and customer visits, negotiates quotations and agreements, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports project quotations, and leads client quarterly business reviews. Requires collaboration with operations and project management teams to understand customer needs and support clinical and biopharma service opportunities.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable and receivable duties including invoice processing, vendor and customer reconciliations, collections, cash application, AR/AP aging management, support month-end and year-end close, prepare 1099s, resolve payment disputes, and assist with audits and internal controls to support accurate financial records and cash flow.

Maintains the general ledger, reconciles balance sheet accounts, performs complex accounting analyses, supports month-end and year-end close, prepares financial reports, assists with external audits, evaluates expenses, and improves accounting processes. Ensures compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate transaction records and supporting operational efficiency.
