Sell Summit Broadband’s full product portfolio (phone, internet, cable TV, dark fiber, transport) to new and existing commercial customers in Southwest FL. Heavy prospecting, networking, cold calling, pipeline management, qualifying opportunities, coordinating service delivery, and consistently meeting sales quotas.

Serve as the primary contact for property management and boards of bulk communities to launch and retain Summit Broadband services. Manage customer experience, resolve escalations, attend community events, drive product penetration and contract renewals, use internal systems and NPS feedback, provide basic technical troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and support after-hours and travel-heavy (≈40%) regional responsibilities.
