Lead day-to-day HR operations including full payroll administration, HRIS ownership and migration, compliance (I-9, ACA, FMLA), employee relations, benefits and leave administration, and HR reporting. Partner with VP HR on strategic PE-driven initiatives and process improvements in a fast-paced, lean HR function.

Sell fintech/finance/leasing products by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. Manage full sales cycle, present solutions, negotiate contracts, attend industry events, and travel domestically ~50%. Build client relationships and exceed revenue targets.
