The role requires consultative selling, targeted outreach, follow-up, account planning, and collaboration with sales leadership to achieve revenue goals. Success involves helping residential builders improve project management, profitability, team workflows, and customer relationships through Buildertrend’s construction management platform.

Coordinates regional operations for independent homebuilders by maintaining membership and contract records, reviewing data, resolving reporting and purchasing discrepancies, supporting vendor relationships, organizing market meetings, and assisting builders with reporting and contract submissions. The role also supports customer service, accounting, and national contract participation while using business tools and sound judgment to improve operational efficiency.

Own a portfolio of 150–250 strategic accounts, driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor, support onboarding checkpoints, deliver training and business reviews, develop account plans, and use Salesforce and Gainsight insights to identify risks and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding, Sales, Product, Legal, and Enablement. The role requires monthly domestic travel and strong construction industry knowledge is preferred.

Support regional leaders by maintaining membership records, managing contracts, analyzing quarterly data, coordinating meetings, resolving reporting discrepancies, and assisting customer service and accounting to improve builder operations and program participation.

Build and lead the internal AI platform: design reusable AI services, agentic systems, and orchestration; integrate Salesforce, Gong, Databricks and vector DBs; set engineering standards, monitoring, governance, and deployment practices; translate business needs into production AI solutions and present technical recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead migration to a Databricks lakehouse, design and maintain dbt medallion pipelines, improve ingestion and reliability, implement data quality and governance, build curated datasets, mentor engineers, and drive platform standards and documentation.

Lead cross-sell go-to-market for Buildertrend's installed base, owning segmentation, pricing, playbooks, and launch readiness. Partner with product, sales, customer success and marketing to build repeatable frameworks, analytics, and governance that drive expansion, adoption and executive reporting for new (including AI-enabled) offerings.

Lead Buildertrend's end-to-end payments risk and operations: merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks, and portfolio management. Build AI-assisted fraud prevention, scale automation, embed risk controls with Product and Engineering, develop analytics and governance, and grow a high-performing team to balance risk and business growth.
