Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products. The role manages roadmaps, dependencies, risks, metrics, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and technical delivery tradeoffs. It partners with engineering, product, design, data, and operations teams, applies Agile methodologies, uses AI and automation to improve execution, and mentors other program managers.

Leads customer-facing implementations of healthcare hardware, software, devices, and integrated technologies from planning through go-live. Configures and validates systems, troubleshoots networking and connectivity issues, assesses infrastructure readiness, manages implementation risks, delivers customer training, and coordinates with technical, clinical, logistics, product, engineering, and project teams. Maintains documentation, supports process improvement, and contributes to implementation standards and technical escalation management.

Manage customer success operations, including account audits, reporting, change orders, billing dispute resolution, recovery plans, end-of-life programs, and customer health monitoring. The role uses data-driven insights to reduce churn, improve satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support internal and external stakeholders. It is based in Buenos Aires or Bahia Blanca and works Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. ART.

Designs, implements, and supports highly available Azure, AWS, and on-premises network infrastructure for production applications. Manages hybrid connectivity, routing, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, Infrastructure as Code, incident response, network observability, architecture documentation, and certificate-related dependencies. Leads complex network initiatives, improves reliability and security, troubleshoots application connectivity, and collaborates with cloud, SRE, security, and application teams.

Provides legal guidance on corporate governance, securities compliance, SEC reporting, public company filings, shareholder meetings, executive compensation, capital markets, M&A, and corporate transactions. Advises executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while managing board materials, corporate records, subsidiary matters, and compliance with SEC, NYSE, Delaware corporate law, and public company requirements.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports healthcare integrations using Mirth Connect, HL7v2, JavaScript, and related protocols. Responsibilities include building interface workflows, troubleshooting production issues, improving reliability and monitoring, collaborating with healthcare partners and engineering teams, participating in on-call support, reviewing designs and configurations, documenting solutions, and mentoring engineers. Experience with FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations, healthcare interoperability standards, APIs, cloud platforms, and additional interface engines is preferred.

Supports contract origination and administration by processing customer setup documents, preparing standard agreements and order forms, routing contracts through Adobe Sign, tracking credit and leasing requests, maintaining lease records, and coordinating amendments and renewals. Partners with Sales, Business Operations, Billing, Collections, Commercial, and Contracts teams to resolve routine issues, ensure documentation accuracy, and facilitate timely deal completion.

Build and support full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Responsibilities include designing APIs, working with SQL databases and messaging systems, writing automated tests, reviewing code, resolving production issues, supporting deployments, documenting technical decisions, and participating in architecture discussions and on-call support. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.

Build, test, deploy, maintain, and support full-stack healthcare software using Ruby on Rails and React. Develop APIs, frontend applications, database integrations, messaging workflows, automated tests, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in deployments, monitoring, code reviews, design discussions, on-call support, and process improvements while collaborating with product, design, QA, and engineering teams.

Architects and builds AI-augmented DataOps capabilities for resilient, observable, scalable data platforms. Responsibilities include intelligent pipeline failure detection and recovery, AI-driven data quality monitoring, automated remediation, productionizing agentic systems, leading architecture and design reviews, partnering across engineering and business teams, troubleshooting platform performance, evaluating modern data and AI technologies, and mentoring engineers.
