The Benefits Manager oversees the design, administration, compliance, and improvement of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet organizational needs, comply with regulations, and improve employee satisfaction.

Process regular and special payrolls, administer time and attendance, compute wages and deductions, handle terminations and final pay, maintain records, research and resolve discrepancies, support payroll projects, improve processes, and provide payroll guidance to stakeholders and team members.

The Production Control Specialist ensures client SLAs are met by overseeing print operations, inspecting products, communicating issues, and providing training for improvement.

Provide outsourced settlements operational support including DTC/ETF settlement processing, fails management, EOD balancing and funding, buy-in processing, FINRA/RegSho reporting, obligation warehouse activities, reconciliation of stock and cash breaks, and client/counterparty interactions to resolve exceptions.

The role translates institutional client needs into scalable front-to-middle office solutions covering deal research, portfolio construction, IRR analysis, portfolio management, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include market discovery, product backlog and KPI management, engineering and UX collaboration, architecture and API coordination, go-to-market planning, client adoption, and mentoring product team members.
