Leads reconciliation and operations control activities across high-volume financial-services workflows. Oversees account breaks, exception management, control reporting, audit readiness, issue remediation, KPIs, service-level performance, and business continuity. Manages teams, develops operational controls, supports client onboarding and transitions, and partners with technology, risk, compliance, and client stakeholders to improve processes and resolve operational risks.

Analyze finance data and create reporting dashboards for business partners and senior management. Responsibilities include month- and quarter-end reporting, credit memo reserve analysis, system reconciliations, accounts receivable metrics, billing and collections analysis, pricing data evaluation, and ensuring data accuracy. Lead enterprise process-improvement and transformation initiatives across business and technology functions. Map current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, analyze operational data, and design AI-enabled future-state workflows. Translate recommendations into requirements, business rules, implementation plans, and executive-ready communications. Coordinate pilots, testing, rollout readiness, training, adoption measurement, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.

Serves as a trusted advisor, delivers strategic presentations and client reporting, leads strategic projects and change programs, analyzes client metrics, supports operational analytics, identifies automation and digital transformation opportunities, and contributes to revenue growth and pipeline development.

Manage strategic client relationships for financial technology and trading clients. Serve as the primary service contact, coordinate incident and change management, lead high-severity issue resolution, drive client satisfaction and retention, identify expansion opportunities, deliver training, and advocate for clients internally. Collaborate across global pods to provide consistent support, maintain governance, and ensure transparent communication across service delivery, technical issues, and account growth.

Supports full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, candidate communication, offers, onboarding, and recruiting administration. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize needs and manage hiring timelines. Maintains accurate ATS and CRM records while supporting high-volume recruitment and a positive candidate experience across U.S. Finance, Sales, and Marketing roles.

Leads strategy, architecture, teams, governance, and modernization for secure, resilient, low-latency infrastructure supporting principal and agency trading. Oversees networks, colocation, compute, cloud, exchange connectivity, observability, capacity, disaster recovery, incident response, vendor risk, and operational controls. Partners with trading, engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and client teams while developing leaders and improving performance, reliability, recovery, and cost.
