Customer-facing Product Manager for Verisk Property Claim Services who defines product vision and roadmap, engages customers and sales, translates market insight into product requirements, supports go-to-market and pricing, partners with technology and marketing, and tracks product performance to drive adoption and revenue growth. Lead ClaimSearch product strategy and execution for partner integration and externalization. Define vision, roadmaps, KPIs, and backlog. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ecosystem integrations, mitigate risks, and enable go-to-market outcomes with partners while building product team capabilities.

Mentor junior engineers, interface with customers and stakeholders, develop backend and frontend features, ensure performance and reliability, and drive modernization using SOA/microservice patterns and cloud services.

Lead go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for auto and property BPO services. Support sales with presentations and proofs-of-concept, manage pricing, proposals, contracting, and product packaging.
