Lead and grow a data science team to develop, deploy, and govern ML and advanced analytics solutions. Define strategy, align stakeholders, build scalable processes, mentor staff, and translate technical work into business impact while promoting responsible AI and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead regional sales performance across NY, MA, CT, and NJ by managing a sales team, driving new business and retention, deepening agency relationships, enforcing territory plans and Salesforce adoption, and partnering with underwriting, product, operations, and marketing to meet KPIs and regional growth targets.

Build and scale People analytics: establish core HR reporting and metrics, deliver business insights for hiring/retention/workforce planning, integrate and improve data foundations, introduce automation and AI-enabled analytics, and increase adoption and data literacy across People and business stakeholders.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and disclosures; support consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and covenant calculations; reconcile general ledger to reporting systems; produce financial analytics, dashboards, and variance analysis; assist with audits, budget uploads, and implementation of accounting standards.
