Coordinates with sales, marketing, product management, business development, and account management on webinars, demos, product updates, and customer initiatives. Maintains security compliance while delivering organized, responsive customer support and project coordination.

The Product Designer creates usable, viable, and feasible designs for data-rich healthcare software. Responsibilities include user research, mockups, prototypes, workflow diagrams, usability improvements, design-system contributions, AI-assisted design workflows, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with engineering and QA teams to ensure UX specifications are implemented.
