Design and execute unit, end-to-end, and automated tests for healthcare software and integrations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, identify and triage defects, investigate customer-reported issues, and provide live customer support. Maintain application reliability, prevent regressions, assess risks, and improve observability and test coverage using automation and LLM-based tools. Work with clinical workflows, healthcare data, APIs, and integration standards to ensure accurate functionality and a strong user experience.
