Provides administrative and operational support for People & Culture, focusing on onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS transactions, employee lifecycle changes, personnel records, employee inquiries, policy acknowledgements, and culture-building activities. Maintains confidential, accurate employee files and supports a consistent employee experience while coordinating systems access, documentation, and department operations.

Manages specialty grain customer transactions, sales opportunities, sourcing activities, inventory, product allocations, and international supply coordination. The role monitors product positions and flows, supports imported items, coordinates cross-department meetings, and builds customer and supplier relationships. It requires analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Manage cost accounting and integration across acquired entities. Reverse engineer costing methodologies, normalize legacy data, maintain master inventory records, support inventory and COGS audits, oversee physical and cycle counts, and partner with IT on ERP migrations. The role requires advanced Excel and ERP expertise, strong knowledge of standard and actual costing, variance analysis, and the ability to deliver solutions quickly in a high-intensity environment.

Manage general ledger activities, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, lease accounting under ASC 842, and fixed asset accounting. Support audits, capital budgeting, financial reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting projects while ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
