Responsible for consulting customers on insurance needs, converting inquiries into sales, completing enrollment applications, and meeting sales performance goals.

Manage a portfolio of large national self-funded accounts (5,000+ lives), drive renewal planning, profitability, and growth. Build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional service delivery, respond to RFPs, present solutions, and monitor client financial performance while maintaining deep product and industry knowledge.

Serve as the primary client contact for desktop services discovery, transition, and enhancements. Manage desktop support delivery, mentor staff, scope projects, work with product management, improve processes and SLAs, and handle hardware procurement while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to grow home health referrals. Conduct sales calls, community education, and in-services; document activities, provide customized solutions, and serve as liaison among referral sources, patients, families, and agencies.

Design, implement, test, document, and maintain scalable big-data solutions. Lead and mentor engineers, define APIs and integrations, evaluate new tools, collaborate across teams, participate in design/code reviews and production support, and translate customer requirements into technical designs.

Execute model governance and validations across the model lifecycle, including documentation, inventory maintenance, stress/back/replication testing, effective challenge, and advancing model risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and model performance.

Provide consultative, client-facing healthcare analytics to support employer groups, distill actionable insights from data, present findings, and collaborate with account teams to drive value and solutions.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable microservices-based applications. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, perform hands-on coding and code reviews, drive CI/CD/DevOps and test automation, collaborate across global teams, and build reusable frameworks and components.
