Serve as primary relationship leader for a book of strategic PBM clients: develop multi-year account strategies, drive retention and growth, lead executive engagement, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contract compliance, and improve financial and clinical performance.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for third-party platform services powering Payments 2.0 and CCS 2.0. Own AI-driven onboarding, data mapping, document and communication services, KYC/KYB and fraud solutions, vendor partnerships, API-first integrations, governance, KPIs, and cross-functional alignment to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective platform capabilities.
