Leads migrations, provides technical oversight, mentors engineers, and ensures reliable, secure, compliant integration operations.

Manage a portfolio of PBM clients to drive retention, satisfaction, growth and upsells. Lead implementations, validate claims, monitor SLAs, negotiate renewals, and liaise between clients and internal teams. Travel up to 25% as needed.
