Design, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. Build contact flows, IVR, routing, and integrations with AWS services. Enhance conversational AI integrations (e.g., Dialogflow), migrate legacy platforms, monitor platform health, troubleshoot tier-2/3 issues, document configurations, and participate in design, testing, and releases.
