Provide front-line technical support to dealers, distributors, and internal teams for Siteworks equipment. Manage high-volume inquiries, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools, support order management in SAP, identify parts, escalate product issues to engineering, and occasionally perform field work and on-call support.

Lead system-level electrification, controls, and embedded firmware for electromechanical products. Architect and integrate motors, inverters, batteries, sensors, and harnesses; prototype, validate, and certify designs; mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally from concept through production.
