Engineering intern responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data; developing, debugging, validating, and enhancing embedded hardware, firmware, desktop, and mobile applications; creating prototypes; defining measurement and tuning procedures; developing production test fixtures; and preparing compliance and production documentation.

Develops and executes creative marketing assets across print and digital channels, including product literature, advertising, website content, email communications, sales materials, and event content. Manages website pages and digital experiences through content management systems, supports SEO/SEM, and builds marketing automation emails. Develops and conducts component and product test programs to verify specifications and validate reliability. Designs test methods, fixtures, equipment, and data acquisition systems for laboratory and field use. Maintains test procedures and records, prepares reports with conclusions and recommendations, supports product development teams, and provides technical direction to test technicians. The role involves mechanical and electromechanical equipment, customer job sites, local test fields, shop work, and occasional outdoor work in challenging conditions.

Analyze business performance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, capital expenditures, working capital, and other financial areas. Build standardized reports and dashboards using financial and business intelligence tools, explain insights, and recommend actions to business partners. Lead process improvements, annual plans, forecasts, and long-range planning while driving data consistency, standardization, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Manages customer experience priorities, digital support roadmap initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional workflow development. Creates and governs customer-facing technical content, knowledge articles, service procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and documentation standards. Partners with support, service, training, product, engineering, and publications teams; maps processes, applies Lean principles, analyzes customer effort trends, supports change management, and communicates requirements and new functionality to stakeholders and channel partners.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software for connected irrigation and lighting products across cloud, web, mobile, desktop, and embedded platforms. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, coding, debugging, automated testing, code reviews, production support, Agile ceremonies, release activities, root cause analysis, and collaboration with product, QA, UX, support, and engineering teams.

Leads global credit, collections, and customer onboarding teams; drives process improvements, risk management, and operational efficiency. Partners with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives and customer account management. Analyzes business and customer data to improve credit and collections decisions, builds stakeholder relationships, and develops high-performing teams.

Manages and grows strategic contractor and dealer accounts across the U.S. and Canada. The role is based onsite in Perry, Oklahoma when not traveling and requires at least 40% travel throughout the assigned territory.
