Build and own a new government payments vertical by identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with payment processors, platforms, and private-sector providers. Define go-to-market strategy, manage full sales cycle, represent Sezzle externally, and translate market feedback into product, legal, and operational recommendations to scale integrations and partnerships.

Lead and grow strategic payments, lending, and fintech partnerships end-to-end. Own integrations, technical alignment, operational health, KPIs, contract negotiations, and cross-functional programs to drive revenue and partner value while representing Sezzle at executive levels.

Originates and closes strategic CPG partnerships to deliver brand-funded offers, discounts, cashback, and shopper marketing programs. Builds executive relationships, negotiates seven-figure deals, drives a multi-year pipeline, represents Sezzle at industry events, and collaborates cross-functionally on product, data, marketing, legal, and finance to measure ROI and scale repeatable playbooks.

Own end-to-end bank regulatory reporting (FFIEC Call Reports), build reporting framework, interpret regulatory instructions for BNPL, drive data sourcing and controls, support exams/audits, collaborate with Finance/Legal/Compliance/Engineering, and automate reporting workflows using modern tools and AI.

The Director of Compliance - Product will oversee product compliance, managing regulatory requirements, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance integration throughout product development.
