The Sales Development Representative will generate leads, collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and adapt to change while pursuing targets in the manufacturing industry.

Lead content-driven product marketing: turn technical customer insights into clear stories, produce video and podcast content, build web landing pages, manage content library, support product launches, and travel onsite to interview and observe customers. Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI tools to iterate and scale content.

Own customer onboarding and implementation: coordinate timelines, run check-ins, train teams, troubleshoot setup issues with engineering, tailor product to customer goals, ensure adoption, relay feedback to Product, and continuously improve implementation processes while managing multiple customers and contributing to team goals.
