Build and own driver-based financial models, including headcount, people costs, three-statement forecasting, budgeting, cash liquidity, and business cases. Serve as strategic partner to enterprise buyers, combining trusted-advisor relationship building, technical onboarding (SSO, integrations, automation), and value management. Translate use cases into platform configurations, run KPI discovery and ROI modeling, drive renewals and expansion, and use AI and analytics to surface adoption gaps and recommend workflow improvements.
