Supports the compliance team with document scanning and filing, transaction and statement reviews, compliance log maintenance, procedure testing, regulatory document preparation, records and workflow updates, data entry, and administrative assistance to senior compliance consultants. The role is part-time and intended for students interested in investment adviser regulations and compliance operations.

Maintain compliance logs, client files, calendars, records, filings, testing, and documentation for registered investment adviser compliance programs. Support senior compliance and relationship managers, enter data into internal software, track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assist with SEC examination preparation and development of compliance manuals, codes of ethics, and cybersecurity policies.
